I would stay here again, everything was very good. The staff is very competent, the breakfast rich, the location is handy near the main attractions in Heraklion, and the Centre and great restaurants. The rooms are brand-new, themed, and come with luggage storage, facilities to make tea and WiFi. Very good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi.

Rooftop terrace for socializing, reliable internet throughout the hotel, clean and well-equipped rooms
Inconsistent bathroom privacy due to transparent doors!!! Noise from the street was disruptive at night!!! Limited parking options in a busy area!!! Shower functionality needs improvement!!!

Good clean room with interesting decor, and very helpful reception staff. Great shower!
Hot and humid on arrival as the aircon only works with the key in the slot and the window closed, but once worked out the aircon works quite quickly to make the room comfortable.

The rooms were pretty nice especially the bathroom, the staff friendly. The location is not that great, it is central but on a secondary little street.
